Returns

All sales are final. Because each item is made in limited quantities, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue at reignforevr@gmail.com. We’ll review your case and send a replacement or issue store credit if approved.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct size or item exchanges. Please double-check your size and shipping information before completing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

reignforevr is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information shows your order as delivered. If this happens, please contact your local postal carrier for assistance.
